Installation Guide: Hardware Setup and Connections — AV Over IP
Overview This guide covers the physical installation of KanexPro AV over IP encoders and decoders — from unboxing to first power-on. Complete this…
KanexPro JPEG2000 AV over IP supports up to 9×9 video wall configurations over a standard 1G managed network. This guide covers how to design, configure, and optimize a video wall deployment using the AVO-IPJP2K encoder/decoder family and the AVO-IPCTL-JP2K controller.
Bezel compensation adjusts the image crop on each display panel to account for the physical bezel width, making continuous images appear seamless across panels. Measure the bezel width of your displays in millimeters and enter the values in the controller GUI under Video Wall → Bezel Settings.
To change the source displayed on the video wall, route a different encoder to the video wall group via the controller matrix or REST API:
POST /api/v1/videowall { "source": "ENC_02", "wall_id": "wall_1" }
